Some ways that you can avoid bruising after lip filler include: Avoid blood thinners such as alcohol, nurofen and voltaren 24 hours before and after lip fillers. In the hours prior to your lip filler appointment, please do not have too much caffeine such as coffee, energy drinks or pre workout. We also recommend avoiding any strenuous exercise on the day of your appointment, and for two days thereafter.
